Matthew brings over 25 years’ experience in commercial property, with a career spanning complex development, occupational agency and tenant representation. Formerly Lead Director of JLL’s Nottingham office, Matthew has advised on and delivered some of the largest commercial schemes across the East Midlands, working across industrial, office, mixed‑use and strategic development projects. His expertise includes shaping and delivering major development strategies, securing occupiers, and guiding clients through the full lifecycle of large‑scale commercial and urban extension schemes.
